Glamorgan Smallholders talk Files

Here are several photographs and some guides I have brought together for a zoom talk to the Glamorgan Smallholders group.

The photographs show how Llanblethian Orchards has changed over the years. If you click on the photograph the descriptions will tell you more about what is happening.

Geeze that photograph in 1 is not very flattering LOL!

Helpful Files

Below are links to several files / guides that may be of use in cider making.

The cider making help sheets I have laminated up in my barn and are what I crib off day to day and have information like sulphite addition rates etc.

The bottle conditioning guide I made for the Welsh cider society newsletter many moons ago.

The Ice cider talk was for a talk held at the WPCS festival in Cadicot Castle a good few years ago.

Finally the acid titration guide is a crib sheet if you need to accurately work out the acid content or a sample of vinegar or apple juice.
